Adding Economic Development District Boundary Maps

The Economic Development Administration supports local planning districts in most States. These Economic Development Districts (EDD’s) are in charge of developing Comprehensive Economic Development plans (CEDS), which often times has broadband infrastructure as a critical need. If the geographic boundaries of EDD’s were overlayed onto the other data sets, it may help develop a new set of users. In addition, EDA received $1.5B in Cares Act funding, which, given the new laser focus on the need for broadband, may be used for broadband planning and deployment.

Thanks Tim! This is a great suggestion. I’ll look into what is required shortly.
